PayPal can be used by Lenders and Consumers to pay for the appraisal services provided by Real Value Real Estate Services, Inc.

The fees listed below are for Standard Fee Areas. Please be sure to verify with our office before making any payment. Some assignments may incur additional fees for distance or difficult locations and/or unusual characteristices of the subject property.

FHA Appraisals

FHA appraisals have an additional $50 fee added to the base price. Please contact our office at 850-575-4800 to determine your total fee amount and use the 'Miscellaneous Fee' option to pay for your services.

Lenders

Lenders who use a fee schedule form us SHOULD NOT use the fees listed below if there is a difference in your fees. Please pay through the 'Miscellaneous Fee' option, and apply your standard fee.

Consumers

Consumers MUST pay for appraisal services at the time of inspection or pre-pay online. Payments at the time of inspection can include a personal check from a local bank, cash, or money order. Credit card payments can only be made and accepted online through Pay Pal. PayPal was recently acquired by eBay, has won awards for "Best eCommerce Solution" and is recognized by PC Magazine as one of "The Top 100 Web Sites."

Credit Card payments can ONLY be made and accepted online through PayPal.

Real Value Real Estate Services, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. When you pay for your appraisal services using PayPal, the only information we see is your email address, date of sign-up, and if you have confirmed an account with a financial institution. We do not see your financial information such as credit card or bank account numbers. Please review the PayPal Privacy Policy for further information.
