Tina Rucker is owner and President of Real Value Real Estate Services, Inc. Tina has been appraising property in the surrounding five county area since 1993. She has extensive coastal property experience on St. George Island, Cape San Blas and Dog Island. Tina graduated from Florida State University in 1992 with a bachelors degree in Real Estate and continues her education through various seminars and Appraial Institute courses.
